The TemporaliaTimeDesign association, founded by professors and students of the Politecnico, won the first prize at the Foodies’ Challenge 2017 competition, in the “main dish” category. The award ceremony took place in Triennale.
The competition involved the collaboration between an architect and a chef in order to design a design dish to present with a video presentation. Our students, coming from both product and interiors courses, have collaborated with the architect Leonardo Cascitelli, teacher of our school, and the starred chef Viviana Varese, of Alice Ristorante in Eataly Milano.
The project team, winning the first prize, won the opportunity to see their project produced: it will be produced in a limited edition and used in a new restaurant chain in Milan.
